72604 R130Sf

Discontinued October 2018

R130SfThis lightweight 5” Newtonian is perfect for beginner astronomers because it features excellent light gathering with sharp images for its price and size. As well as being suitable for lunar and planetary observation, the scope is also perfect for targets such as star clusters, nebulae and galaxies. At lower magnifications, wide views of deep sky objects including groups of nebulae or clusters are possible.

The R130Sf Newtonian is supplied complete with a 6x24mm finderscope, two Plössl eyepieces (20mm for 32x magnification and 6.3mm for 103x) and is fitted with tube rings and Vixen’s “world standard” dovetail tube plate.

The telescope can be used with the Porta II mount as a manual “point and look” rig but will also deliver excellent results when used with any of the Vixen GOTO GEM mounts such as the SXW.
